You worked hard to create content and published ads on your sites and applications to get paid, but you forgot to check the ads published! As a result of my research, start and download ads are embedded in certain categories and a solution without blocking them is impossible. Months of blocking individual and company publishers may fail because those who make such ads can even use domain names such as dvhsjd.com and launch Start and Download style ads.

Visit the Adsense or AdMob Ad Review Center to review ads and see the number of impressions they received.
Here you can block the ads you want one by one,

Utilities for Mobile Devices. Find the category and block it completely… This is the definitive solution. It took a lot of time to go and block such ads one by one. If you decide to use it as seen in the screenshot, you can now say goodbye to start and Download ads.
Block Betting and Gambling ads
There is currently an AdSense and AdMob Sensitive Category and you can block ads like gambling and betting there. But wait, search for Betting and Gambling in the General Category and see that there are 2 more ads. Now block them too. It is hidden in the Finance / Investment section.
Other gambling ads surprise you in the Hobby, Game and Entertainment section.
